central backpackers was an amazing find! the staff were friendly and helpful, the terrace was a cool hangout spot, and the location was perfect for exploring oxford. the rooms were clean and the kitchen and common room were a bonus. would definitely stay here again!

The lack of elevator, meaning you had to climb three flights of stairs to get to the rooms and common areas. some of the bed linen in the dorms was not very clean, and the carpets were quite dusty, causing allergies and making the night uncomfortable.

I recently stayed at a backpackers hostel in Oxford and had a fantastic experience. The place was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. On Mondays, they even hosted movie nights with complimentary popcorn! The toilets and shower rooms were always kept impeccably clean. The staff were super friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and cozy the premises were. I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting the area.

Noisy outside until late at night.

From the moment we arrived, the friendly and cute atmosphere made us feel right at home. Thenice and neat beds were a dream to sleep in, and having USB charging ports near the beds was a convenient surprise. The common areas were bright and inviting, and we especially enjoyed the rooftop lounge/bar area. The staff were really nice too show us around and explain all the facilities, making our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this budget accommodation for its great staff, comfortable rooms, and central location.
